Complete the Solicitor Request form to:
- request rating information for property settlement
- request rating information for other purposes
Requests can take up to one working day to complete. Please allow sufficient time before settlement.
Important notice:
Rates for the new rating year 1 July 2024- 30 June 2025 are on track to be confirmed one month later than usual at the end of July.
Our rates statements for settlements in July will be an estimate until the rates are set at the beginning of August.
Final water meter readings requested in July will be scheduled to be read on the requested date and we will invoice these reads when the rates are set at the beginning of August. Staff can provide a rough estimate if required.
