Dargaville Community Housing

Mangawhai Community Housing
The Mangawhai Community Housing units are managed by Kaipara District Council's Property Team who can be contacted at 0800 727 059 or via email to mangawhaihousing@kaipara.govt.nz
The criteria is a single person 65 years or older or 55 years of age with a permanent disability and limited means, who are capable of independent living. We do not operate a waiting list, instead we will find the most suitable tenant whenever a vacancy occurs. We do not currently have any units available.
